TARC may suspend or terminate access if rules are violated, payments are disputed unfairly, or content is misused.

Payments are non-refundable once program access is granted.
Refunds may only apply if:
Duplicate payment occurred
Access was not provided due to a technical fault from TARC
No refunds for missed sessions or partial participation.
Child Participation Rules
All children participating in TARC must agree to:
1. Be respectful to facilitators, and other children
2. Use kind and polite words
3. Follow instructions during lessons and activities
4. Never bully, insult, or harass others
5. Use the platform only for learning purposes
Failure to follow these rules may result in:
Warnings
Temporary suspension
Permanent removal (without refund)
Sponsors & Partners Policy
Sponsorships may include scholarships, prizes, learning tools, or event support.
Sponsors have no influence over curriculum, child data, or internal operations.
Child data is never shared with sponsors without written parental consent.
TARC reserves the right to approve or decline sponsorships that do not align with its values.
Failure to follow these rules may result in:
Sponsor logos may appear on materials where applicable.
Payments made from outside Nigeria are processed via approved international payment gateways.
Currency conversion rates and transaction fees are determined by banks and payment providers.
TARC is not responsible for exchange rate differences, bank charges, or gateway delays.
All payments remain non-refundable once access is granted.
